Psi's and telepathy

Re Sandbox: No class can kill you without a single round of combat. Even assassinate technically counts as a round of combat. So unless Psions were given back charm person (the OLD charm person), and can now force their opponents to strip naked, drop their gear, and delete, I doubt that there is any merit to what you said in this regard.

That being said, your remarks are completely off topic and unproductive, being that they're just asking for flames. May I suggest rethinking what you wrote and changing (read: deleting) most or all of it? The one line you could probably leave is:

This, while barely logical and, frankly, a non-factor in the spirit of this discussion, is the most relevant thing you've posted in this thread.

I can agree with sandbox on the whole dying in one round thing. I seem to remember him leaving a thread about something like that and saying he won't play until it was fixed. Zhokril and Lytholm jumped on it quick, and fixed it in a jiffy, too.

For the small amount of time you have been playing, I'm going to go ahead and assume that none of those rangers went the distance.

You know what Grim...there is funny and insulting then there is going way too far. We all know the brsingr doesn't deserve a slow painful death of jiu-jitsu and random (mis)information.

I've played about 30-40 rangers now so i'm pretty sure i know what i'm talking about in those regards' date=' I've been able to kill just about 95% of the people who attack me in gear equivalent to my own on my rangers. Telepathy psions are the weakest of all the psion classes. By a really, really long way.

Which is a shame, because they have easily one of the coolest RP potentials of any race/class I can think of.
