Maybe Watchers could have an alternate recall point that isn’t in the city?

If they only have one, everyone would know by default where exactly they go when they do.
I’m on board. And a single recall is the price you pay for abandoning cities? And with any long lived character, people will figure out your recall eventually.
Maybe they should lose the ability to recall altogether...

I tried for this a long time ago on a Watcher, I was shot down.
That being said, I think instead of making a new spot, maybe it backs up Watcher RP to not have one.
The temple locations could be sacred spots that the cities are build around and Watcher wants to reclaim these locations. That way it becomes less of a “anti-city”(which is actually kinda weak considering most races have a connection to a city in some way), but more of a fight for a sacred site of worship.

Is changing your hometown still a thing? It would make sense that, at a minimum, Watchers should be forced to relocate to non-Tribunal cities like Hamlet, Airia, Marak, Falen Dara, Khorandain, Duergar, Ralardia. Maybe not all of them would be "watcher friendly" but you get the point.
No self respecting Watcher has them major pussy cities as hometown anyways...
Changing your hometown is still a thing, yes. So long as your race/alignment supports the change.
A good avian for example could swap from Maelbrim to Val Miran, but not to Airia or Marak. Similarly, a neutral avian is stuck with Maelbrim.

What really bothers me is that Watcher's don't have there own type of equivalent banking system.
"We want to tear down civilization but let me get this deposit in real quick." lol.
