Guys, lookie here. Remember when I said this? Yeah. If Stormies were too strong, make an rp reason to make them less viable, so that they could still be attempted. Also, Mudder this would reduce the apping process (which I don't know whether or not imms would want this to happen) since all the answers would be ready.
Examples, I would expect most overpowered combos to simply lose skills that cause the overpowering. Giant monks don't get kickboxing at all, for example... just off the top of my head, since they're "more clumsy and less dexterous than many races." Maybe your stormie pally could have toned mana at pinn, or something. Much lower than stormie int worth of mana.
I highly doubt this will come to fruition, but that doesn't mean I won't pitch it as a very good idea.
