I agree. Its one of their benefits that make them quite a viable race Imo
Feral Vuln, to much?
Jesus. Ferals are fine. Some of the best perks of any class.
Fury is by far one of the best skills to use in battles with communers or casters. In battles with melees, you have an automastered defensive skill set.
I play Pithytah, and I can say that I stood on toe with some of the top players. If I lost, it was either a close battle, or I had to leave the computer. 
So a lot of those tribunal captures don't really count. Bloody blood guards.
No one has even mentioned the 'half-haste' deal they get. When's the last time you saw a feral warrior/blm do any less than 3 attacks a round with a 2-hander?
To be fair. When was the last time you say ANY race as a BLM do less than 3 attacks with a 2handed weapon?
Though yes. Ferals get a nice "fast" perk. Makes any melee feral very formidable.
Personally, I have played a few ferals. I played Trekonomis a while back and I honestly believe they are fine. I had very little problems with anyone besides Triathix and Kongol. Both of which had cabal skills and equipment over me.
Drizlx was a play toy for me, not because I was better, but because once I landed fury(which was my opener) he couldn't do anything. He'd try a few spells and be forced to flee, more than likely fail a recall and he'd die.
As far as saves go, I didn't have any. I maxed out my hit/dam because spells don't matter when you fury then pummel them w/ high hit/dam. Don't fix what isn't broken.

I hated Trekonomis.
I never got a hang of the ranger thing. Then throw in your feralness and it sucked hardcore for me, while at the same time I'd walk through most other melees with ease.
