Patience. I'm in a similiar situation, but if there's no active Imm for a cabal then another will look over it. Just gotta wait, cabals are a bonus not a right.

My comment was more that the Imm religions haven't been updated in the "code" as in, Malanith is no longer greed/guide Imm, I would assume Ulviirolin is.

That's Cabal promotions. Clan promotions aren't automatic, you have to be promoted by an Imm.

Lol. I could've sworn it was automatic once you completed a certain amount of quests. 
Probably an invisible Imm then that promoted you. Clan members need manually promoting, Caballers are automatically promoted up until V.
