Transpectrogrampher

I might be the only one who feels this way, but it would be awesome if Brambus' Transpectrogrampher didn't have to charge.

I don't play classes that don't have identify, but that would be much easier on melees.

... or lowbies who don't have identify yet.

It's not meant to be a all-you-can-eat-identify place. The wait is the price melees pay for having a place to id things.
