Neutral qrace or qclass

Goodies get avatar, evils get undead demon vamp lich. Everyone gets psi. Maybe we could open discussion on a neutral qclass/race

While I love the idea of a neutral q-race or class I also think goods need another one, but honestly I'd like to see just a new class before either of those thing.
