I think we might just be stuck at 11 with the current size of the pbase.. I mean.. I vote 4 times a day usually and im sure a view others do too, but we cant seem to move.

Actually, we've been consistently in the top 10 for the last month or two. Meaning we have enough people to do it, we just slack off when the 'voting hype' dies down.
