You would be a Sympathizer (S). requirements would be that you're in the appropriate clan and possess the appropriate base character requirements for the cabal. As a Sympathizer you get no abilities at all. But you get to wear the awesome color flag and get PKed all the time. The actual induction of real, ability-granted ranks would stay exactly the same.
