Is it just me or are the benifits of this almost non-existant?
Or definately not noticeable?

It used to do a differance, but the pbase whined about it being unfair, so it was tweaked.
thats why i forfeit it with any of my characters whose survival lies on hide/camo.
Are you sure we no longer receive the bonus from being the famouse Master Questor ?
There is a bonus, but it's a much smaller one than it used to be.
Didn't they used to heal faster or something?
MASTER QUESTOR
Syntax: forfeit questor : forfeits the master questor status
The rewards of completing quests are many, from gold and experience
to powerful items and practice or train bonuses. Yet those who truly
commit themselves to exploration and discovery of more quests then any
other gain extra recognition as the Master Questor of Aabahran.
A character recognized such gains not only discounts in various stores
due to his fame, but will also heal and regenerate faster then his less
fortunate companions.
The title of Master Questor will be assigned to the character whom holds
the most permanent quests in the lands. In case of a tie for the spot
the title will last for no more then two weeks at a time for given player.
Um believe me, I am often master questor... There is no real NOTICEABLE difference.. Suppose its more of an ego stroker these days eh?
and i've never noticed the shopkeeper difference...
Maybe make it like an extort type bonus.
The shopkeep says, "Whoa! It's the Master Questor!"
The shopkeep says, "Please. Take this item for free, your gold is no good here."
The shopkeep gives you a shy wink and goes about his business.
master questor used to be incredibly unbalanced, I guess its kinda good it doesn't do much these days
I still think if someone puts in the effot, there should be a reward.

There is, but it isn't an overpowering reward.
