I was thinking about word of recall and I was thinking about the possibility of being able to recall to any one of the three major cities, as well as your hometown. You could specify which of the major cities, but if you aren't a resident there, you could be charged a 5000 gold fee or something like that. Something high enough to deter it unless its an emergency or if they want to pay it to move around quickly. And instead of draining half your moves, maybe make it 3/4ths your moves or something more drastic.

Absolutely not. Casters do not need any more survivability, which is what the ability to recall to any of the three cities would be. Nor, for that matter, chasing ability.
Oh well, it was just a thought.

It would be funny if it had a 5% chance to recalling to a random temple, say if under a mental spell or mana drained.
