Half-elves

What about allowing half-elves to be spellcasting classes? I don't see how it would overpower them in anyway. And it might increase the number of half-elves played. Pretty much monk and sometimes paladin are all I ever see.

THey can be psionicists.

I forgot that class even existed. lol
