Where you can attach maybe small items and gold into a note and send it, then it pops up in their bank in a locker or something. : )
A mail system
I've played muds where there was a mail system and it was handy, but too easy to abuse.
It could be useful if it could be restricted, but it would be too easy to just

It's a shame really, because I do think it is a good idea apart from the fact it could be easy to abuse.

yeah, i thought about that, am trying to figure out something to remedy that Hmm..
The only possible way to limit that would be to attach an IP from which the mail was sent, and not allow it to be picked up by a person from the same IP. The problem with this, however, is that its too easy to swich computers and log on your alt so that your IP is different. Another method would be to secretly attach a tag on each character that has the IP that they were created at. This too would be easy to dodge, but if the pbase didn't know about it and they just got a message saying "You can't send mail to your own alts" it might be a little trickier to figure out how the MUD was identifying alts. Either way, easy to avoid and impossible to regulate.

You could make it so you'd need to register an account for all of your characters. That way you wouldn't be able to send stuff to your own account. People would just have their friends send them stuff though so.....

doesnt matter, dont think Dey knows how to get 50k gold anyway

Oh, and just to add, my char had the regular maximum of moves, just boosted HP.
The only time you sacks of spuds ever caught me was when I was resting to recover moves, seeing as I was running on my own from a load of red team for a lot of it.

It's ok, I killed a buffed up Peewee with a cleric. Still not sure how that happened.
psssshhhh! We walked in on meroltas SLEEPING UNSANCED ALONE and my red team stands there while I yell TRIP DAMN YOU! (Should of played a combo that could trip. Would of been so much easier ) and no one did a thing. He gets up and runs away. ffs!
