As awesome as it is to have a Perk and a Bio, I think they are quite limited. Perhaps Perks could be adjusted to fit Races, such as Healthy to Ogres and Dwarves, but not Avians and Nimble to Halflings and Faeries, but not Giants. As well as ones available to only specific Races (nothing crazy, obviously).
Also, the bio features seem too limited. Of course, that may just be me. Skin color could include "Scaled" and "Fur-Covered". Hair color could use Exotic. Just some thoughts. I am sure other stuff could be fit in to allow more options.
