Idea for the Milieu

My idea is have random yells in rheydin of high level mobs fighting another high level mob loaded by Raktar and able for players to bet on who wins.

Raktar yells 'We have a wonderful battle for you all. The Demonican will fight the Puppetmaster in three hours! Place your bets now!'

And you go to the observing area of the arena, there would be a mob there that you can place bets with, watch the battle and maybe get a payout. I understand it would be an easy way to get gold if they choose the curse of virigoth vrs a plasma beast, but a restriction on the levels of mobs that are like 5-10 away from eachother would balance that out.

We could also have monster training skills and maybe a cabal for it and if we get really good we could turn this MUD into a pokemon themed mob vs mob duel game.

I like the betting idea......pokemon is wack.

But why just mobs...though a good idea wouldn't it get a bit dull after a while. Seems players should have some sort of "cock fight" betting system. Warmasters would have a field day with it.

Maybe make a 'King of the Mileu' System? Kind of like Master Q, except when you bio them, or who is so and so, you see KOTM, or something. I just like throwing out ideas, even if they suck:D

I like the whole mob thing though. That would be interesting, and fun. Not to mention the 'New Cool Thing' and on top of the to-do list for a while.

Thought the IMMs mentioned that no fightin was allowed in Milieu. Studyin, in my opinion, would fall under a category of fightin.

Untrue. Studying is not considered aggressive. You can study in the 2 room cabal rule, but not assassinate.

Doesn't mean everyone agrees with it. I don't think you should be able to study someone if we intend to keep this 2 cabal room pk handholding rule.
