perhaps, at pinnacle, clerics, paladins, crusaders, avatars, etc, could do an extremely difficult quest to obtain armor that'd kind of be a kind of tribute to thier god, and would be very good, possibly the best armor in the game. also, perhaps, the evil class/race armor would have more offensive bonuses while the good class/race armor would have really good saves and AC.
Also, you'd have to write a description for it, depicting it's design, so it wouldn't all be the same, dull armor.
Great idea but I don't wanna buff communers anymore than they already are 
Owner only items of that nature are usually given as a reward for some RP or deed, not an application, brsingr.

If there was soome system for people who wanted a certain piece of eq for rp or something...it would make it easier for both the player and the imm to know who to watch. shrug

Yeah it isnt the worst idea . With some work would be nice for paladins, clerics though are bad *** enough without making them tougher. Would be a nice touch though having a god forgemaster whom under special circumstances (good rp good app etc) would create a user only weapon or armor (something like tattoos, though i know nothing of them as ive never been given one), weapons could be named and such, would be good though i would never get one :eek:
I remember something that they used to do at an old MUD I played. They used to have these festivals, where they would set up in a different town at random intervals (once or twice a real time month, or the like), and you would be able to buy stuff from the vendors. You could buy everything from weapons, to armor, to accessories, and there was always one stand with "restring" tokens. You could purchase a token, and then restring one of your items. I think it would be really neat, if we could do that here.
well, I would never get it, either, if we're gettin into all of that.
