down in the info section, how about an applications section?
- We'd know what works.
- We'd know what doesn't.
- We would be less inclined to submit the sos.

I think it's a wonderful idea. Or at least make some stickies in the RP section.
Why not an imm that gives a qrace/class write an essay on said matter? I like the idea aswell. Be cool to see your own application in there though, eh? 
no offense, but knowing someone even tried to rip off virigoths old vamp app as their own recently makes me certain this isnt going to happen.
