I don't understand the idea. It would be done via a system similar to bounty, I suppose?

Some sort of casino would be awesome. Anyone remember Ultima VII's 'Buccaneer's Den'? Table-top rat races! Roulette wheels! Et cetera!

Well, there already is one gambling game, but it can be rather... expensive.

I kindof like the betting/casino idea. How would it work, though?
