The thing that amazed me about path of deceit was how I was just recently playing a magic resistant warrior, and this naked cleric comes along and does stars with it. I'm sorry, but for a magic resistant race? That seems ridiculous to me. Maybe the fact that he had like 7 ranks on me was part of it.

And if you have no or low afflictive saves, as a mag res race, path can still do *** damage. Don't forget, path is also based on the 'deceit' of the cleric or whatever; it gets stronger as they kill people. As to what the limit of it's strength is, or how it increases with kills I don't know, but good afflictive saves help a ton against path, as many have said. A lot.

if the evil cleric happens to be in Tribunal do the captures count as a kill?

I believe Behrens said that was no, but I don't recall.

He said that it was no, but I think he said something about that changing.

If executions counted as kills good clerics would have/had a consideribly easier time, esepcially against martineius...

Ray of Truth continually oblitterated him anyway, and I believe that may be the damage cap. As a disintigrate is the Evil Cleric's damage cap, unless of course either of them are fighting ogres/weak mobs, you can do unspeaks, or errads, or anihilates.

Ray of Truth hits ogre vuln more than undead vuln? :?

Yes, but for less percentile damage.
