Just an idea to toss around.
With all the complaining about overpowered Tribunal skills, why not look at the other side? Instead of toning down Tribunal, why not give some sort of extra skill to Outlaws? Maybe an added proficency in fighting Tribunals, or maybe a skill to counteract some of the nastier Tribunal skills. I'm not trying to make Outlaws into a cabal, but given they've been fighting Tribunals their whole life, they should be more adept at it. Of course, the Outlaw status would have to be harder to obtain, but it's way to easy as it is now to be marked an Outlaw.

Watchers have allready been given an ability, and no one else really needs one since they really dont have to be outlaws but is a decision of thier own. However Watcher and Syndicate rp actually has them at war with them hence all would be outlaws and both have applicable abilites.
Its already hard enough to be a tribunal, now you want outlaws to be buffed? Shut up.

If I remember correctly, you had more than one chance not to be an outlaw. Martineius gave you SEVERAL chances. It wasn't because you continued to break the law, it was that snotty attitude with us, and telling us you're going to bounty all of us with 200,000 + gold on each head until we're condead, or something like that.
Even then, your RP changed dramatically; don't you remember traveling with Marti and I to Desolation more then once, and having a grand, fun, time? Bleh. I thought you were doing pretty good for yourself.

Wow, cute. I could say some things, but I won't. Half of that was flamebait, and I'm pretty sure most of it isn't true. I didn't mean for you to get pissed off about what I said.
Also, about getting outlawed: You didn't have to. You had the chance to say, "I won't bounty them", and that would have been it. As for me ganging, it's happened from time to time and I didn't even realize it. A certain Trib skill didn't let me see if you were fighting already or not. I'm sorry if that's how you felt about me, because Pominsu sure as hell didn't feel that way about you.

Take it like men and get on with your game! Fl is only a game that we all play to have fun! If you don't like how someone is treating you then nag them, kill them, steal from them,....in character. Not on the forums people!
Nicely said Q. And that being said, delfytheelfy, I can rightfully say even the times I was ganged, I still came out on the top. And if you believe I deserved it, more power to you. I just know I took out most my anger to those that actually whine in game, rather then vent their anger into it.

I told marty I was bounting their heads for it since he was not going to reprimand them for it and BAM, outlawed. TOTALLY unfair, but I took it.
Just an edit, I'd like to point out that from my perspective that was completely untrue. Martineius told me over CB that you had until midnight (which was a good 12 hours, while you sat in jail from attacking someone in town and I captured you..) until he would outlaw you if you didn't take back the whole "I'm gonna bounty all of militia" statement.

And I said dramatically. They're two different things. If I were to say your rp changed drastically, I would mean that I would have thought that the character was traded at one point in time. In this case, I don't think so: I just think you dramatically went to the extreme, from the cute little feral girl who giggled all the time, to the pissed of, "I'm gonna kick your ***, and if I can't, I'm gonna get your *** kicked!" sort of woman. I meant, in NO way shape or form, to belittle you or your character.

I never said he didnt give me until midnight....Was still outlawed for it.. and in the term of BAM I ment just for that..
