Monk stances go up as you use them in combat ie. when you twin tiger or phantom dragon it goes up in proficiency. How about making blademaster stances(deathweaver already does) do the same ie when you use them it gets a little better. instead of having them get better only when you cast them. Make sense, balance issue, what's going on with them?

Twin tiger or phantom grasp occur much less often than what you said. If you got better each time you could master it in 10 mins.
Unless it hardly goes up at all.
Its already easy to train, cast it over and over. Meditate and continue.
Monks can't train it like that since they are skills.

These selectable skills are the same for every blademaster. Meaning, anyone, can read the helpfiles, whether blademaster or not. So I don't think this applies.
