Actually, voodoo, in my experience, has a MUCH higher chance of landing than normal spells, albeit the spells are weaker.

Which kind of sucks. Voodoo with insomnia is cut in half (the hours it takes for you to fall asleep) making it easier and faster for the damned shaman to find you, if you don't.. do other things first.
Higher chance of landing? Man, when I tried it I couldn't land crap. Course the only ones I tried it on were healers, who are always decked as heck from never dieing.
Yeah, healers are an uphill battle for shamans unless you get reallllllly lucky with blasphemy.

I woyld call shamans the only true bane of healers...and I have played alot of healers.
Yea, you HAVE to blasphemy them...but once you do...they're as good as dead.
Master blasphemy and it seems to land alot...
I mastered blasphemy, only landed it once, and it was on a cleric not a healer. There are healers out there with more svs than I have percentage in blasphemy, even when mastered.
And really, a wet maccoroni noodle could walk over a blasphemed healer.
Voodoo insomnia's a nice way to keep Tribunals off your back.
There are ways for a healer to cure blasphemy himself, they just aren't easy.
I dont recomend opening with blasphrmy against clerics ![]()
