Affects: While in affect, a deathblow is halted, knocking the Tribune out instead so the vigilante can get away. It only works in combat with Tribune goods, and cannot be cast in combat. Furthermore, there should be a decent amount of wait time between uses. XP should be awarded as if a kill was made.
Maybe Evil and Neutral Wanteds can get something as well, something that would go along with general Wanted RP.

Obviously, I don't know it. Enlighten me. Unless you are talking about mercy. This is different in that it is much more difficult to use, and only good in specific situations.

Do I have to reroll my chaotic/good to give them this perk because as soon as I start to RP with them they will be outcasted and virtually useless. Note that I've been holding my RP back for this. My decision, but being outcasted is major.

It actually made the one outcast I've had far stronger than he was while good... no more annoying protection, no more being stuck with the one good-only socketable rare staff... of course, I got outcasted right after I went through all the trouble of GETTING that staff...

Outcast does an assload if your an Avatar.

I didn't kill a good, something I indirectly did got them killed, and I got outcasted, which is the whole reason I was posting in that Tribunal Good vs Criminal good post. It should work the other way around too
