I got a strip torn out of me a ways back for suggesting a faerie WM at one point in time...didnt help I countered the arguement with a viable, and reasonable point

How do you go about getting a custom race/class?
I mean, I know the imms will prolly gimp it if its too powerful, but I mean...do you roll the race you want...and apply for a class change?
Thats how I was told to go about it a while back, roll a race and rp at level 1 and apply for a class change and dont level.
Didn't Thief_of_Always have a faerie warrior way way back in early 1.0. I know I ranked a paladin with a faer warrior and I'm pretty sure it was him. Don't remember much about how it did but well, let's just say my paladin did the tanking and he kicked dirt, that's about all I remember.
