Maybe let ninjas use their shurikens from room to room like fired weapons, it would give them a bit more use out of an unused ninjetsu, and also give them a bit more to focus on other then study assassinate in a pk situation.

Realistically, arrows have a much longer range than shurikens.

The Reed is a blowgun, standard ninja fare. Too bad you can't hit the broad side of a barn with it. *heh There are many diffferent types of fired weapons around. Many that would fit the Ninja theme.
