Getting personal profit out of public funds for education still sounds very much like Neutral align to me. If that is Evil, then what are some of the atrocities committed by other world leaders (whom still adhered to the Lawful ethos)? You can despite the Clintons as much as you want to, but Evil, not in my book. That's like saying Kotrag is evil just for cutting peoples' heads off for profit.

This is textbook evil, unless we are speaking of syndicate, whre it magicaly stops being evil. Which in my opinion is a thing done to allow neutral syndicates, which is great for game. But biased.

I used to argue alot that neutral s who kill alot should be required to do remorse. I don't want to kill him but I need the money. I didnt want to execute him, etc. In my mind what separates evil from neutral is a sense of morality and a conscience.
