I've been dual wielding and fighting multiple mobs. However, it seems like powerstrike is one of the few skills thats not working/leveling up at all. Am I doing something wrong, or did I read something wrong?

Is the current percentage above 1%? From what I recall, it should level fairly quickly, dependent on your race selection, etc.
He was encumbered. There's a bug here in that worn containers silently encumber you if there's enough weight in them to encumber you.
