Area list with recommend levels?

Is a list of areas with recommended levels/eq and if it is appropriate for hunting? If so, could someone please point it to me?

Complete with links to (most of the) the area maps. World layout is on the wiki, too.

In game you should be able to just enter area.

It names the areas, the appropriate levels, and builders name. IIRC
