This is new for me, in the sense that it was not there when I stopped playing it years ago. It was at 100% and now it is at 87% when I put some more HR items. If someone could clarify thanks!

The actual percentage of your hitroll that is calculated in various things due to diminishing returns.

There should be a number with it. Something like (I'm doing this without looking)

Hit: 43 (88%)

They added diminishing returns for hit roll. The number is the amount of bonuses you have. The total of all your +hit. The percentage is how much actually applies.

Diminishing returns on hitroll has been around for at least 15 years in that each point above 25 returns half value, over 50 returns a third.

The visibility of it on the score sheet however, is new.
