Adding time to the hp, mana, move, bar, thing...ya know

So it's time for the "old hag player trying to return" dumb question of the day segment of our program!

Back in the day I used to know how to change what the hp/mana/move bar used to say to include the time and other stuff (I don't remember what else) and now I can't for the life of me remember. Can anyone tell me how to do this? If it makes a difference I use Mushclient.

*I'm not sure about the rules on this so if it's not a thing we're supposed to be doing I'll just shut up.

Thanks so much guys! I've been trying to catch up on the new essays but I had no idea this was called prompt, for some reason I thought it was script. You rock!

The newbie help section has a sticky with a few prompts that others have built, you could always take a look and see if one doesn't catch your eye.
