Alright, I've never done this ranger thing before. I'm noticing some people have behemoths while some have other animals. I'm trying to call some animals and it's saying I couldn't find that creature. What am I missing? Do I need to have a specific proficiency in my Horn of nature? Do I need to be in a specific area? Are some of the pets depending on alignment? I have 0 idea. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It depends on alignment. Neutrals get Raven, Wyvern, Displacer beast, Leopard, Mammoth. Evils get the Umber, Gorgon and Nightmare. Goodies get the Hippogryph, Manticore and Basilisk. These pets all do the same thing but they're different due to RP reasons and visuals. All Beastmasters get the Behemoth as the third pet.
Edit: Also calling the beast specifically will go off your beastcall skill. The horn of nature skill is for calling in areas you normally can't find pets. Cities, caves etc...

You can only call the behemoth when you already have 2 pets called.
