Can non-archer rangers use archer path arrows?

anyone used to be able to use them, but some archers were making OP arrows for their friends and it was not fun when everyone with fired weapons had sleepy arrows!

Are sleepy arrows that powerful?  I mean I guess there's a chance you could spam shot someone from rooms away and keep making them sleep every shot but I'd assume other arrows would be stronger.

They are incredibly powerful and useful. Be creative.

The only thing that sucks as an archer is usually people will have missile shield up, so not nearly as effective as you would hope. I've never played an archer myself, however, I've nullified them pretty easy in the past.

I personally think archery needs a small buff of sorts, would love to see it be a dex based build so halflings/elves and the sort could take it.

They CAN take it, and they've taken it. One of the strongest leaders in WM was a halfling ranger (Jaspurr) who was played by someone who you wouldn't even consider "strong".

They now have a pretty big chance to penetrate that shield.
