Spellforged Item Affects

...What is this sorcery?

Seriously. I don't get it. When did this happen and what does it do?

You can cast the spell at low proficiency.

I have had issues with the spell forged items not working. Bard weapons work fine. But many times the equipment that is spell forged just tells me I need to commune, or I do not know that spell. It gets frustrating at times. I can see the "spells" in my spell list with special colors 0% proficiency and mana cost.

New builder. Not a code issue.

Some might say a complicated interface is a code issue.

Some might say that waffles are better than pancakes. Doesn't make it true.

Pancakes > Waffles.

And some people say cucumbers taste better pickled.

And some would say that Valek can PK...wait..no..that's a lie.

Noone would say that.

A lot of these are actually my mistake. Morl and I came up with spellforged, and when we did it was at a set 49% efficiency. Later Morl improved it by allowing for the proficiency to be set, but I failed to go back to old items and adjust the prof manually. If you come across any items that are like that post on prayer and I'll fix them ASAP. Unfortunately this will not work on items you currently posess, so you'd need to re-acquire spellforged gear if the proficiency needs adjusting.
