It's not so much that it's not working as it is difficult to tell where the quoted text ends and the posters text begins.

This is a theme issue, Mudder. Both the Aabahran and Aabahran Small themes have the quote background and border the same color as the theme background. Currently, the only way to rectify this problem is to do as Aulian says and change theme.
Changed! Honestly I went through the settings and couldn't find it. Only after a cmd+f did I realize it was at the bottom, hidden.

I had to stop using chrome to surf the forums because the chat bar is being annoying. Actually made my laptop go blue screen twice.
