Nothing to see here. Stupid question. Poking around and guessing finally solved it.

It's entirely possible that every millisecond it's sending 'who' to your client.

First, in the search bar, look for "who".  You should see every trigger, class, alias, etc with that word.  Make sure that bad boy is gone.

Second, check your tick timer under preferences to make sure that your timeout command isn't doing it, too.
