Write command

What does it take to "write" notes, etc. and make them physical? I've been messing around with the commands, but it always says "You must hold the notepaper you wish to write on."

Does that mean a regular character can't write and make physical notes?

Anyone can make a note. buy parchment in a city-state, then hold it, then use the write(? is that it?) command.

That's how you make them physical. If memory serves, same formatting as normal notes.
