Does hand to hand effect holy hands?

yes, its hand to hand combat.

yes, its hand to hand combat. You could give me a nuclear missile, and I probably could not figure out how to detonate it, because my knowledge in nucler missile is awful.

i had a feeling it was, but I was told to ask here for more info on it.
