Glad means your two major consumables are taken care of;

WM means the ability to fight challenges (if you don't care about your record) to learn about the class.
If you take the moderate route, your cabal outfit eq will be enough to put up a good fight vs most people (assuming you know how, which is what you're looking to learn). This take a LOT of the pain out of learning any class.
