Ok, so I was messing with these the other day, and noticed they seem buggy.
Any help would be welcome.
when brandished I get
"You brandish staff of control weather.
Do you want it to get better or worse?"
brandish worse, same message, brandish better, same message. Then sometimes they ONLY make better, and then, only worse.
can anyone clear this up for me? 
No bug here. Can't specify control better or worse with a stave. Should ONLY make it better, though.

yeah this mimics my results as well.
From my use, it can turn weather better if used many times. It can make it worse, but most of times it becomes better.
It's a tool for Mages to prevent thunderstorm/call lightning.
I thought it was just my luck. I thought I could use it to save mana:frantic:
