Suggestions ?

35/35 for base is pretty solid I agree. Add in another 6/6ish with frenzy and your over 3/6 out of warcry and you're easily in the 40s. I'm not familiar with Herald cabal skills, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say you're not going to get any +hit/dam spells out of them.

Lets just say I can get anything I want out of them that I normally couldn't as a warrior.

Which isn't much

For mobs' date=' increase your AC, luck, and HP as much as possible. Get a cursed staff as your primary, and maybe a couple of high avg damage (preferably poison) weapons for when you aren't tanking. Your hit/dam/saves now are good enough for mobs.[/quote']

Listen to Cel. I suggest you also prioritize by that order.

I would use emeralds with charms for extra AC while maintaining hit/dam.

Your chest, legs and arms slots should have good base AC.

Things like the Ice armor, Titanium fullplate, etc.

Good armor is what you can get without sacrificing hit/dam.

I would not go much on HP, unless its a really good piece, due to herald and HP consumables.

Try to have a way to cure Plague. Even if it's a pack full of kiwis.

Poison to.

Also get a very good bow. The best you can get, that you can get loads of ammunition to it. I can shoot many mobs from far, to pick out groups.

Get a physical and a magical staff. Even a Power staff from Arcturos will be worth it.

Kick in battles, if you are doing nothing you can kick for extra damage.

Get wands of armor/shield/stoneskin, and some flesh armor pills.

So staff > one handed and shield even if I am shield mastery/lore? like 115%-120% depending on shield.

For most characters yes.

For you proficiency which I do not know, I do no know.

Test both, and get one of those high "base AC" shields.

Sometimes you can get like -60 AC just from those kind of shields.

War-shield of invulnerability give you like -50 non base.

Also try a spear + shield.

Rotate between the 3 to get a felling of what is best for you PC defense wise.

It is more important to use cursed stuff. If you can get a cursed primary + cursed shield, do that instead of a non-cursed staff. Same in reverse. As a warrior, you'll only take melee damage from a few mobs..most of the damage comes from things like bashes and getting disarmed/shielddisarmed.

Isn't that silly? Lol.

Yes.

Shield mastery/expertise is much better than staff defense-wise (and perhaps offense-wise as well..)..and you won't take damage from the bashes either. Definitely go that route if you can get a cursed shield.

'On a side note, once I am wearing a cursed weapon/shield, how do I stop? If I get it uncursed that defeats the point, right? Or does it recurse itself?

Lower your strength so you drop it.

Oak rings, glass rings, demonfaced talismans, ask where to get these things in game. Uncurse the talismans BEFORE you wear them.

Uncurse the talismans BEFORE you wear them.

Taking all the fun out of the game

'Thank you. ^__^

lower your strength enough so that you drop it (e.g., demon talismans)

edit: oops, didn't see the next page

Setup an alias or hotkey to get these out of your backpack or sack, use them and put them back and re-wear your original gear.

This allows you to quickly change between cursed weapons in PK situations.
