Amen, even if we find the tone less than pleasant (and I know I have been and likely will be guilty of this) there is often a nugget of information in there that might make our collective pseudo-lives here better.
I agree mostly, but with to much... "complaining" you can and will run both staff and players who don't want to listen to the same snide remarks over and over again away from the forum and/or the game.

I just want to say that I am not whining, not about the perks list, If I was going to whine It would be alot better than that. I just honestly dont understand why not inform us what the perks are, we can already get a how to guide to almost all classes, items and locations, why not the perks. I have played off and on since 1.0 and there are still soo many things I dont know about this game. after all those years, so no some of us NEVER find some stuff out. WHY IS THIS GAME SO SECRETIVE!

From the point of view of a new person, it would be nice to know what some of the perks do. Or at least a little bit more significant hints. Enough of a hint where it would lead us to test it and be able to figure it out. As it stands now, some of the benefits seem IMPOSSIBLE to figure out. You would never know unless you see the code or someone who knew told you. It seems like an advantage to the people who just happen to know.

The strange thing is that its perfectly ok to ask other players on the forum (even encouraged). but we cant discuss it openly. Why dont I know more about liches? I played this game when they first talked about creating the qclass. Years later I still know nothing about them. It bothers me because if you dont know, you wont know, untill someone tells or shows you. Now you have to nag the pbase to teach you these things that shouldnt be secret to begin with, How can it possibly be fair if some people know everything about the game and some know very little? been wondering that for years.
