It's not actually difficult quest, because I was able to figure it out all alone.
I'm looking for the axe. Pretty dang sure I mapped out every room of the maze, never came across the axe. 'Locate object' shows it there. :confused:

He is talking about the Divine Reckoning Axe
Try looking harder, I believe its in a place only thieves and bards can 'peak' although I've never found it myself
As far as the letter... I'm only guessing the quest is fixed now cuz I tried it 3248573 times with an immortal watching before I found out it was bugged.
There's a hidden 'box' in the Dungeons. Just "examine box" in every room until you find it, and then get it.
