Does lag stack? Take a slith for example with the auto trip tail. If it is bashing, and the tail is tripping, do the lags add up? Or is there a counter that resets?

Doesn't stack, I think that whatever would last for the longest duration takes precedence. Ie, you loose whatever additional lag the first ability would have given.
