Recover Deleted Alias Folder in Zmud

I just accidentally deleted an alias folder with a few dozen aliases. Anyone know how I can recover the deleted folder without having to retype them all?

I do not think there is a way to naturally do it.

If you deleted it in windows explorer it's probably in your recycle bin.
