So Top10 is only for bounties?
If that's so, is there a Tribunal Outlaw list (poster like) similar to the Top10 bounty list?
Are there rewards if you dispatch an Outlaw like collecting a bounty?
Seems counter-intuitive to have a Top10 if there is no TopOutlaw or something that connects/integrates the two. I'm assuming Top10 is only for bounties.
Top10 is a bounty thing. I'm willing to say that while you CAN kill off an outlaw for the tribbys, that they are going to want to do it themselves... if for no other reason than to pad that number on the roll call. I could see a tribunal arranging for something unfortunate to happen to an outlaw on an individual basis for whatever reason (time zone difference, general difficulty in finishing them off) but I doubt they are going to be contracting the deaths of all outlaws regularly.
