is 110% the max for stuff besides like warriors weapon mastery? Cause I know some pieces of eq give you more than 10% to a skill so if its at 100 already it doesnt pass 110%?

FG's fire bonus / double grip gives over 110%. That's the only thing I know of that can go over.
Which is just sad considering a FG can get their prof % boosted higher than a stormy on water...
yea but only thieves and ninjas can take advantage of the stormie vuln, wielding thier vuln weapons doesn't hit for vuln damage
Wood absolutely sucks as a vuln man... Think of all the things you can't touch that makes everyone else's life super easy to lead.
Not so sad KRins considering that the fire giant's bonus is only to it's weapon proficiency and its two handed defense, where as a storm giant on water gets a +10% bonus to ALL skills/spells.
I'd much rather have the weapon prof and two handed. I mean... who cares about a +10 to lore and haggle? Yeah, I get it... dodge, shield block, whatever whatever... but considering 110 prof doesn't exactly make a ton of difference in my experience thus far... even when they are totally ignorant of your weapon class... I'd rather have 120.

Still fail all the time like you took a -10 in prof instead of a +10. Ask Teshimei about fighting my storm zerk and how things went from his way to my way by going from on water to off water.
Ask Tassin or myself about Arvelo versus Rudsvinn. He didn't miss a bash. Use a venom sack, you'll have no problems.
Edit: In hindsight, I was one crazy duergar going to fight him on water.. but I don't care. I like epic battles and complete massacres.

So many good times fighting against you Tassin. For some reason or another we always seem to be polar opposites as far as our current characters go. I enjoy being overly aggressive with my characters in PK. Usually the tactic brings me great success as it overloads the enemy, but against your warriors I normally bite off more than I can chew. Rudsvinn had a lot of crazy fights with Arvelo.
And I could never forget Shufei's defense of the storm giants. That was a crazy move, but you pulled it at exactly the right moment. We were totally unprepared for that! Very fun stuff. You sir, have some big balls!
The max you can get a weapon skill is 119 counting racial bonuses.
Fg gets 103 in two handed, +10% fire bonus, + bonus for expert/masteries. I was able to get it on thrug. A fire giant zerk with a fire polearm sits at 117 (krusk ftw)
120 for hand to hand on monk too.
