Ah. Yeah, I wouldn't believe that without a log either.
It's not too hard to do mangles with 63 damroll buffed and a 23 avg dmg weapon. I thought we were over this bards suck mentality. Bards shred monks as well I've got some nifty monk shreading logs. I didn't log any invokers fights because they never lasted more than 3-4 rounds. Thief shred bards just as hard though.

I've had an 80 dam roll with an average 30 damage weapon and didn't hit mangles through sanc.

Lol Sandy, put your glasses on and re-read your log. You would be surprised to see that the person is not in sanc.
PS. 23 avg damage is not even considered good weapon.
23 ave dam, 60 damroll... I'd expect mutilates at best through sanc. MAYBE lacerates, but they wouldn't be regular.
yea, I had 85 damroll with a 35 avg dam weapon and would only do mutilates through sanc. Mangles through sanc is closing in on 200 damage a hit. Raged zerk with vulns vs someone with no sanc has trouble hitting that.
With a 35 avg weapon, which I have no idea how you got it unless it's a Malform, and 85 Damroll you should be doing a bit better than Mutilates on sanctuary.

And it was dealing Mutilates with rays damage vs a squid.
Perhaps you could not see his sanctuary...

Gygwuut and Shufei can both do Lacerates through sanc and I've seen Shufei do a MANGLES on ME SANCED as well as MASSACRES on other people sanced. You tell me if that's OP or not. The guy can run around fighting everyone on one after another without breaking a sweat.
Without a log, I'd bet those are likely not normal melee attacks but Crusader skills coming into play. I've seen WMs pull stars through sanc/protection plenty of times - but again, those are WM skills, not regular melee attacks.
Lacerate through sanc I've seen plenty of.
I wanna know how you get 60 damn roll period... Did you not have any hit at all? Then again, I have never been to gear or any of the factions either.
