no idea on psion/vamps/liches. I know with psis that Guarzad, and Kyril where both semi active when I got psi.
I have seen 3-4 saders at once. Take into account shelving and you can probably rely on 2-3 at one time since it is not really an easy class to get, I had over 200 hours of waiting at pinn.
I have only seen 2 avatars at once, this could be lack of attention
My Avatar Paladin and Kyzarius' Avatar Fae BMG got Avatared at roughly the same time (give or take a few days?) and both ranked up/pinned/applied roughly together from what I remember. At the time, there was an active Avatar Elf BMG (can't recall the name) who gave me some Avatar tips. There were a lot of evils around at this time though, so perhaps we were 'let loose' to mix things up so to speak.
I don't think the sader limitations are as strict as others, as I've seen multiple saders like nameless has said - some of them given it around same time.
I recall a very short time in existence where there were 4 (yes, 4!) Undead Thieves around. That was from people shelving and coming back though.
