Newish oldish. Hello!

Just thought I'd say hello, because I realized I hadn't introduced myself and just kinda started jumping in on forum threads.

I used to play oh.. ten years ago about. I played a snobby faerie invoker named Arliase. Anyone remember her?

A few friends of mine decided to come back, so, here I am. And everything is different! I'm basically a n00b starting all over again, with the changes + what I've forgotten.

Any veterans have any pointers for me, any things that are new that they like, or any things that are old and gone that they miss?

I swear I used to hide near the Shire in some noscan nospell room...

Welcome back. You may remember me as a dwarf healer who went around poking everybody. The change log here has all the changes of the last few years. Big ones are the additions of ferals as a race, blademasters as a class, lichs, psis and crusaders as remort qclasses, the moderate tier (which, judging by the amount of complaining about how tough some things are to handle, is greatly underused), and far more area renovations, relocations and replacements than I could list here.

Again, welcome back. My primary piece of advice: expect your butt to be kicked for some time. We've got a high percentage of players with a good deal of experience, and PK will be painful for a while. If you happen to be innately wonderful at killing people and this is not a concern for you, then slaughter to your black little heart's content.
