okay is their any way to drop them. I feel like a complete noob playing my monk the other day. I made the max my inventory could hold and then some. im wondering if their is anyway to drop them because when i try it says you cant let go.
2nd. does it matter to train this skill at all? thats teh only reason this happened.
Bad news: No.
Good news: I'm assuming you made them one after the other, so, they'll crumble one after the other.
You poor, poor man. 
I do not recommend mastering that skill, personally.
It'll go up on its own and if you keep a 24 hour in-game period with two in your inventory, you should be fine.
I do not believe mastering this skill alters the effects of the beads, as they only add +1 hit for like each 50 mana you put into them, better to just always max out your creation. I would think, but then, I have NEVER pinned a monk.

The good news is you can repeat strangle people by having multiple beads to equip.
In fact, for this very reason it is wise to carry at least one extra pair on you at all times.
I've strangled svenik and ALL of his beasts with 1 pair
